The other company suggested we lay down sand bags to prevent flooding into the patio (not exactly chic for a physician’s home). McKay had confidence in his installer to customize for us, and the installer proved to be worthy of that trust. Although I don’t speak Spanish, McKay assisted us in bridging the language barrier to be clear about how the construction would take place. The installer and his assistant worked steadily and carefully and actually made our patio look more cohesive with the rest of the house. I saw the smile on the installer’s face when he surveyed the great job he had done. He literally enjoyed doing the tedious, precise work, which told me he cares about the client and takes pride in his skill. The cost was twice what the other company was going to charge to patch together a compromise, and when I saw the finished product, I understood why. We paid for experience and craftsmanship, and it was well worth it. We will call them for roofing when the time comes!!

Carlos was able to get the color of roof that I wanted even when it wasn't on the brochure. They went above and beyond the work I was expecting and now my house looks 20 years younger and we love it!
